The following is a brief outline of what your baby parrot needs to have a healthy and happy life.

Living Space - Comfortable Cage and Play Area
One of the first things you have to get while taking care of a bird is to get a nice cage for the bird to live in. Your pet bird is going to spend a lot of time in its cage, so you have to make sure that the cage is appropriately sized and also comfortable. The bird should be able to spread its wings and not touch the sides of the cage - this is considered the minimum size of cage. Make sure your put a perch high enough for your bird so that the tip of the tail do not touch the bottom of the cage. While considering the size, please consider that your baby bird will grow - so get the biggest cage you can afford for your bird.
Feeding your bird healthy foods
A parrot should have a healthy, well-balanced diet. It should consist of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat and grains. Please check this page to see what we feed our birds here at our aviary.
Veterinary Care for your bird
