One little baby Sun Conure

We have one cute little Sun conure baby right now being hand-fed. This little one was all bald when we pulled him for hand feeding last week. Ususally they are covered in little fuzzies, but this little one decided that 'Bald is Beautiful!'. He is growing his pin feathers now and in another couple of weeks you will not even know that he used to look like this...

Other news from the Aviary - the Severe macaws are still sitting tight on their 3 eggs, and the Militaries are keeping watch over their 2 eggies. We have to pull them in the next week or so to incubate and hatch the babies. These are the two pairs that we have a good chance of getting babies this time around. The Amazons went back to nest, but we are not so sure if it is any good. One of these days, we are going to be surprised and have some Yellow Nape babies.
