Slimming Down - on a lot of the smaller pairs

Last week we told you about the African Grey's that we got. With that addition we decided that we definitely needed to reorganize our Aviary. After lots of thought and discussion (between me and Jodie) we made the decision (painful) that we need to focus on Macaws and Grey's, that way we can concentrate of producing babies who grow up to be exceptional pets. But then, more we thought about it, we realized that we could not part with certain pairs of birds, We had grown attached to them over the years. So those pairs include the pair of Sun Conure babies (both were born and hand-fed by us), pair of turquoise green cheeks, pineapple green cheeks, and a pair each of Blue Crowns and Quakers. This morning Andrew came and picked up the birds and we wish his all the best.

We also have a Sun Conure baby at this time. He/She is just getting to be a week old. This little guy has been named 'Mango' by Kurt and Monica. They are excited about the baby and we are too.
