Update on the babies

We have found wonderful homes for all our 4 babies from this clutch of Sun Conure babies. All the babies are growing up so quick that they have out grown the brooder and have their own cage now. The older two have started to perch a little and also pick at the millet spray hanging in the cage along with some toys. They also have access to a dish a Zupreem pellets (cockatiel size) so that they can pick at them too if they so please. It is only now their personalities are coming out and we are starting to play with them a little bit.  We have taken down the nest box for the Suns and also the Green-Wing Macaws to give them a break from breeding. This is absolutely necessary for the health of the birds and also to make sure we have a sound breeding program with good healthy babies. We are keeping our eyes open for another pair of Sun Conures and we might have some news about a new pair pretty soon.
